Tourist Crime in Bangkok [Unit 8]

2 jailed for assault of French tourist

Bangkok police arrested two northeastern men for the alleged assault and attempted rape of a French woman in Phra Nakhon district Tuesday morning. 

How this crime could have been prevented :
- get your phone ready to call everytime
- know some self-defence
- don't go outside alone

Car Accident [Unit 8]

Police  : What happened?
Witness : The red car was plugged in the trash!!
Police : When did this happen?
Witness : At noon.
Police : Where were you?
Witness : At the center of the town.
Police : I see. So, you would say that car was plug in the trash at the centre of the town, right?
Witness : Yes, definitely.
Police : Okay. Can I take your name and address ?
Witness : Yes. It's Anastasia Frane, 112 Gold Lane, Ohio.
Police : Would you agree to be called as a witness at a later date?
Witness : Yes, of course.

Future Job [Unit 7]

   In the future, I want to be an accountant. Accountants work six days a week in an office and be well-paid. Their work is stressful but a bit satisfying. An accountant needs to have a university degree, and must be good at working with numbers. Accountants should be hard-working and careful, and interested in Mathematics. Their personality is likely conventional, paying attention to detail and liking order will be helpful for this job.

   In the future, I want to be a dentist. Dentists work shifts in a clinic or a hospital and well-paid. Their work is challenging but creative. A dentist needs to have a university degree, and must be good at dentistry. Dentists should be dedicated and careful, and interested in helping others. Their personality is likely investigative and caring, enjoying problem solving and liking helping people with their problems will be helpful for my job.

My Album Review [Unit 6]

 BLACKOUT 

         Blackout is the 5th studio album by Britney Spears released in 2007, made after her career breakdown. The main genre of this album is electronic-pop, dance, and urban hip-hop. It got many critical acclaims which was unbelievable from a star who was under mental recovery at that time.

         My recommended songs are "Piece of Me" which was written about her false rumor from paparazzi in euphoric tune. "Freakshow" my most favourite song from this album, she wrote this song by herself, it has a very fun groove and has an influence on electronic dance music in nowadays.

Comparing Thai & Japanese Teens [Unit 6]

          Thai teens are usually serious about their education system and university entrance even though the system is still not good yet. Their style are influenced by Western and Eastern Asian culture, but at school, they still follow a strict rule of wearing uniform and having haircut.

          Japanese teens are more serious about their education, but in a better way. Their fashion are more nationalism, they follow the uniform rule at school too, but less strict. 

My Movie Review [Unit 6]

 BIG HERO 6 

Directed by: Don Hall, Chris Williams

Starring (voice): Ryan Potter, Scott Adsit Genre: Animation, Action

           This movie is a computer-animated movie about friendship between a robot and a genius teenager who had been in a difficult time.

           It featured a lot of emotional scenes. About the settings, it featured a mixed of Japanese and American culture, and complex details in each background. As an action movie, it contained many excited action scenes. In my opinion, it is a fantastic Disney Classics' Movie which has a very creative and spectacular futuristic concept, but still gives the audience massive heartwarming feels.

Special Effects in the Movie [Unit 6]

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

   The special effects which were used in this movie are The Dragon, The Armies and making the dwarfs looked small comparing to others. 

   I like these special effects because it looks familiar from what I've imagined after reading the book.
